1. Who We Are
Alvin Media LLC is a Colorado limited liability company. We build and sell digital AI agent products, including the Agent OS platform and persona packs. Our contact email is alvinmediallc@gmail.com.
2. What You Are Buying
When you purchase a product from Alvin Media, you are purchasing a digital download — a pre-built, ready-to-use software package. Products are delivered electronically immediately after purchase. You are not purchasing a service, a subscription, or ongoing support unless explicitly stated in the product listing.
3. License
When you purchase an Alvin Media product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on your own devices. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the product with others
- Claim the product as your own creation
- Use the product to build a competing product or service without written permission
4. Digital Products — No Physical Delivery
All Alvin Media products are digital. There is no physical shipment. After purchase, you will receive access to your download immediately through Lemon Squeezy, our payment and delivery partner.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund on all products. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us at alvinmediallc@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund. No explanation required. After 30 days, refunds are not available.
6. No Warranties
Alvin Media products are provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to ensure they work as described, and all products are verified before release. However, we do not guarantee that any product will work on every system configuration. We are not responsible for data loss, system damage, or any other harm resulting from the use of our products.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alvin Media's total liability for any claim arising from use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at our website. Continued use of our products after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
