1. Acceptance

By purchasing or using Alvin Media Playbooks ("Products"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our Products.

2. Products

Alvin Media Playbooks are digital products delivered as markdown (.md) files. They are designed to be used with AI platforms including but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and OpenClaw. We do not guarantee compatibility with every AI platform or every version of any platform.

3. License

When you purchase a Playbook, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own work. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the Playbook content. You may use it with multiple AI platforms and on multiple devices that you own.

4. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a Playbook doesn't work for you, email support@alvin-media.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. AI Platform Responsibility

Our Playbooks are designed to work with third-party AI platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or output quality of those platforms. Platform capabilities may change, affecting playbook performance. We do our best to keep playbooks current.

6. Limitation of Liability

Alvin Media Playbooks are provided "as is." We make no warranties about the results you'll achieve. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alvin Media LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Products.
